  • JOB DESCRIPTION - In this role, you are the first point of contact for drivers who are eligible for a new car, dealers and lease companies. Furthermore, your tasks are as follows:
    • You will explain the employer's choice of car and mobility scheme;
    • You support the driver with his car choice via an application/car configurator; 
    • Financially, you check and assess the calculations.

In addition, it is your challenge to analyse and optimise existing processes together with your colleagues. You will continuously monitor the quality of the execution of our work and focus on further improvement. All this to optimize the experience of our customers' employees.

  • JOB DESCRIPTION - The tasks are as follows:
    • Enter, approve and check invoices according to CAR policy in Fleet Pack (upload + manual);
    • Requesting credit notes from suppliers and following them up;
    • Mapping process optimisation;
    • Close contact with the finance departments of our customers;
    • Follow-up of debtors, verification of invoices, follow-up of tax fines.

In addition, it is your challenge to analyse and optimise existing processes together with your colleagues. You will continuously monitor the quality of the execution of our work and focus on further improvement. All this to optimize the experience of our customers' employees.

  • YOUR PROFILE - We are looking for the best candidate with an ambitious drive and following characteristics:
    • You have at least 2 years of experience in administrative and/or accounting departments;
    • You have strong communication skills and can work well in a team;

  • JOB DESCRIPTION - You are the first point of contact for clients (HR department), directors and lease companies. 
    Your tasks are as follows:
    • You manage the fleet from A to Z, i.e. from registration to delivery;
    • Input and keeping the customer database up to date;
    • Working on various projects under the leadership of our Fleet Managers;
    • Daily telephone contact with customers (HR department), directors and suppliers
