Due to our strong growth, we are immediately looking for an Order Desk Officer in The Netherlands.

- JOB DESCRIPTION - In this role, you are the first point of contact for drivers who are eligible for a new car, dealers and lease companies. Furthermore, your tasks are as follows:
- You will explain the employer's choice of car and mobility scheme;
- You support the driver with his car choice via an application/car configurator;
- Financially, you check and assess the calculations.
In addition, it is your challenge to analyse and optimise existing processes together with your colleagues. You will continuously monitor the quality of the execution of our work and focus on further improvement. All this to optimize the experience of our customers' employees.
- YOUR PROFILE - We are looking for the best candidate with an ambitious drive and following characteristics:
- Hands-on mentality;
- Commercially oriented;
- You can work problem-solving;
- Furthermore, you are accurate and efficient in processing information;
- MS-office has no secrets for you;
- You are a real team player (intense cooperation with all departments);
- If you come from a service sector (call centre) this can be an absolute plus;
- You can express yourself perfectly in Dutch and English;
